Loop Store FAQs
Please note that The Loop Store is located inside the Southern Arizona Heritage and Visitor Center Gift Shop. Current hours are 10am to 5pm, daily (Closed on all holidays except Columbus Day). The Loop Store is open 24/7 online.
How do I purchase Loop jerseys and other Loop gear?
There are a few methods:
- Online: Visit The Loop Store’s website anytime to place an order.
- In person: We’re located in Historic County Courthouse, 115 N. Church Avenue, Suite 101, inside the Southern Arizona Heritage and Visitor Center Gift Shop
- Hours: 10am-5pm, 5 days a week. Only closures occur on major holidays.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit cards only online. Credit, debit and cash in-store. We do not currently accept American Express.
If my jersey doesn't fit, may I return it?
Unfortunately not. All sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.
Are these men's or women's biking jerseys?
The biking jerseys are unisex, and run on a tight fit. Please refer to the sizing chart below for more information.
Are the biking jerseys considered full-zip?
No, the zipper extends about ¾ of the way down the jersey from the neck.
How many pockets are along the back of the biking jersey?
Three.

In-between two different sizes? If you like a looser fit, choose the larger size. Do you prefer your athletic wear to fit a bit tighter? Then pick the smaller size.

Measure carefully!
It’s best to take measurements in your underwear in front of a full length mirror. For your chest circumference (A), wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your chest. Make sure that the tape measure is straight, parallel with the floor and not pulled too tightly.

Bicep Circumference (A)
Measure the thickest part of your bicep on either left or right arm with the tape taut.
Arm Length (B)
Place one end of the measure on the middle of your shoulder. Measure through your elbow to your wrist. Measure with your elbow bent at about 90 degrees.

Leg Circumference (A)
Measure your thigh circumference at its thickest point using a vinyl tape measure. Make sure the tape remains taut but not constricting.
Leg Length (B)
Stand barefoot on the floor and measure the distance from the floor to your groin. Have someone hold the measure on the floor for more accurate results.
